These are some examples of my drafting that I have done over the years. The above is a basement refinish complete with finish schedule and 3d models for the benefit of the client. Below is a set I created for a freestanding garage. I incorporated the engineer's truss detail into the model to give an accurate view of the storage space available to the client. Below that is an outdoor pergola I designed and built. The 3d render was instrumental in deciding upon the design. The client was able to view the finished project within it's eventual setting before we began.
